ABOUT DALEELA
"I would like to take a moment to let you know how much our shamanic session has helped me. Your commitment to this sacred service is clear. I have never had an altar built just for me. Creating a space for Spirit to approach and singing a soul song just for me was very special...I no longer feel alone."
- Beth, September, 2015 -
"We must make our prayers to the feminine, to the Mother.
We must come back to the ways of the feminine, of stewardship, of protection.”
― Don Humberto - High Priest of the Q'ero Nation of Perú
“Mystical insight and enlightenment occur when the veil between the worlds
is lifted, the worlds are bridged, the gap closes, and we cross over.”
- Tom Cowan - Fire in the Head: Shamanism and the Celtic Spirit

Daleela is also a Mesa Carrier from the Q'ero Tradition of the high Andes of Perú. A mesa is an Andean medicine bag composed of sacred healing stones and teaching tools. In September, 2012, she was initiated into the ancient, Pampa Mesayok Lineage of the High Andes of Perú as well as initiated into the Mesa Carrying Lineage of the Peruvian Andes, by Alto Mesayok, Don Humberto Soncco Quispe, and his wife, Doña Bernadina, known as the Grandmother of the Q´ero Nation of Peru.
The Q'ero Nation is one of the most intact native traditions in the world. Living in the high Andes, up to 18,000 feet, protected them from being assimilated by the Spanish. The high priests have recently come out of hiding to share their ancient knowledge.
